Would Miraculous Push Up Bra work on a flat chested person? 10 pts?

Im sorry I don't think since ur so small that it would work but maybe if you got a push up bra with padding it would help! Im sure anything my work and perhaps the right fitted push up bra would do a little bit of good. Good Luck!
