Is it true, that if i flyed...?

i would get shot by the FBI? i mean... in the song it says "i believe i can fly! got shot by the FBI!" why would he get shot by the FBI for flying? i mean... thats a miraculous ability that only people like superman have, why would the FBI RUIN IT?! my theory, theyr out to destroy the world. and that harold guy is in on the plot with em. anyway...answer my question please?! it would mean alot. i'm growing my wings as we speak.
