I don't understand what Jesus said in this verse-Matthew 12:16?

I am having my devotion and when i read this verse it found me very confusing. Because He also commands us to share the goods news to the lost souls and in every time He makes miraculous healing into the sick He commands them to go to the temples to have a testimony.
