How do I cast the Holy Ghost on somebody?

I want to send my friend into fits of miraculous xenoglossolalia, but I don't know the ritual associated with it. Do I have offer up grain, light candles, and do some chanting in the buff? Help please! I'm very new to these kinds of magic!
