Should I take offense to this......?

Well it was certainly unprofessional of her to do that. But no, I don't think that you should take offense to it. She probably just thought you were hot. While it is possible she thought you were around the same age it is equally as possible that she knew you were older her. I mean who says a teenage girl can't have the hots for a college guy.
