Why do I always get mad when my parents talk to me about my ugly stomach?

In July of 2008, I have been taking Fibrovan to help shrink my fibroids. Since then, I have seen improvement. However, my parents don't see the miraculous improvement that I see. They still want me to go see a doctor. Although I want to, I don't want to get terrible results; just like I don't want anyone helping me and feeling sorry for me as usual.
