Where's a program to record music in?

I want to record music into a program from my DS with a Male to Male Cable. I need something different then Audacity. Because in Audacity. It only records the left thing instead of both and because of that. The music comes out a little differently then usual and it doesn't sound exactly like the game version. What's a program I can use that will record both the Left & Right channels or whatever? Please help.
