Was human DNA manipulated by "Gods" aka Aliens?

The genetic sequence called HAR1 is an important jump in cerebral development over our genetic cousins, the apes. The dissimilarity in it to them vs. the similarity in nearly all the rest of our genes to apes proves that it is highly improbable that it changed through evolution but the complexity of the changes, improvements, is the type of probability you would expect from an intentional design. Now, aliens are real, I and so many other witnesses will attest to this. They claim to have changed our DNA, told me so themselves, as they have told many others if you read up on our abundant testimony. I believe they really did although the question remains why not improve it even more? The aliens say they are in the process of doing that right now. In my estimation, I think it is about 85% likely the aliens altered our ancestors. It is within the realm of possibility they did not have a hand in it because evolution is real, but again, HAR1 is not a standard example of random genetic improvement.
