This supervisor ***** needs to get fired! (read for more info)?

This was one of the WORST traveling experiences in my life! I do not feel like giving all the details now, but to make a long story short..when it came to speaking with the supervisor of American Airlines at the Dallas Fort Worth Texas International Airport about my horrible situation and also about how I was entitled to a free one night in a hotel (flight delays & other things that could go wrong) she was a total ***** to me! She had absolutely NO RIGHT to act the way she did, it was just uncalled for & straight up rude. I dont know what the hell possessed her to react in such a way to what i was going through. But out of all the mean and hurtfull things she said to me, the number one thing that sticks out the most is when she said "now you better call your dad back on the phone to tell him what is going on. wouldn't want the poor old man to die of a heart attack." WHAT. THE. ****!? If I wasn't in the middle of having a mini emotional breakdown (crying, but its not completely out of control) i would have cussed the god damned ***** out & even slapped her. Everyone i talk to about this tells me i should have reported her, but in the moment i was so worked up i just wanted 2 leave i go to my hotel i did not think of doing so. But i defiantly want to, i want to get my revenge & for her to get what's coming to her, im surprised she has not been fired yet. The audacity she has...what nerve....i dont't know who the hell she thinks she is but i really hope she gets what coming to her. She is an American Airlines supervisor at terminal D at this airport, i have been to there website to see what i can do about reporting her but have no such luck, they do not even list the staff members! I do not quite remember this woman's name, but i definitely know what she looks like. Any suggestions for who i could talk with & what i should do about seeking revenge and making sure justice is served!?
