Even if we deny the existence of a supernatural God,aren't the other natural things...?

like vitality,motion,growth as mysterious and originally unknown as the idea of a God?For example,we directly experience life inside ourselves from the day we born,so we think it as a usual natural phenomena but objectively, being alive is just as supernatural(miraculous/wonderful) as being god.What do you think?
